1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website flightforvisa.in ("Website") and all services provided by FlightForVisa, a brand operated by Global Tech Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

FlightForVisa is a flight reservation service, not a travel agency. We create temporary flight reservations (PNR holds) with real airlines for the purpose of visa applications. A reservation is not a purchased ticket. Reservations are temporary and will expire after the hold period specified at the time of booking (typically 3–14 days, depending on the airline).

We also offer hotel booking assistance for visa applications. Hotel reservations are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the respective hotel or booking provider.

We do not guarantee visa approval. A flight reservation or hotel booking is one of many documents that may be required for a visa application, and the decision to grant or deny a visa rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor.

4. Booking Process

Search: You search for available flights or hotels through our Website. Search results are sourced from global travel technology providers.

Selection & Payment: Once you select a flight or hotel, you proceed to payment via our secure payment gateway. The reservation is created only after successful payment.

Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation with your PNR or booking reference via email and/or WhatsApp. You can also view and download your itinerary from your order page on the Website.

PNR Refresh: We make reasonable efforts to keep your PNR active for the duration of the hold period. However, airlines may cancel PNRs at their discretion, and we cannot guarantee that a PNR will remain active for the full hold period.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of payment.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flight Reservations: Since reservations are temporary holds and not purchased tickets, refunds are generally not applicable once a PNR has been successfully created. If we fail to create a valid PNR, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Hotel Bookings: Cancellation and refund terms for hotel bookings are governed by the respective hotel's cancellation policy, which will be displayed at the time of booking.

Technical Failures: If a payment is charged but no booking is created due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information (including passport details, name spelling, and travel dates) at the time of booking. Errors in passenger details may result in an invalid reservation.

Use our services only for lawful purposes, specifically for obtaining travel documentation required for visa applications.

Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our services without prior written consent.

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of our Website or APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightForVisa and Global Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or visa application fees, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for airline-initiated PNR cancellations, changes in flight schedules, embassy decisions regarding visa applications, or any actions taken by third-party service providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services, including but not limited to the duration a PNR will remain active, the accuracy of flight schedules and pricing, or the suitability of any reservation for your specific visa application.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Global Tech Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers for flight data and reservations, payment processing, messaging, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Global Tech Services is registered.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
