2. Information We Collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when using our services:

Account & Booking Information: Full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number (or other government ID number), email address, phone number, and travel details (departure/arrival cities, travel dates, number of passengers).

Payment Information: Transactions are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers on our servers. The payment provider may collect card details, UPI IDs, and net banking credentials directly under their own privacy policy.

Communication Data: WhatsApp messages, email correspondence, and support chat history.

Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral URLs — collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To search for flights, create PNR reservations, book hotel accommodations, deliver booking confirmations and itineraries, refresh PNRs to keep them active, and send expiry warnings.

Payment Processing: To process payments, issue refunds, and maintain billing records.

Communication: To send booking confirmations, PNR status updates, and document-ready notifications via WhatsApp and email.

Analytics & Improvement: To understand usage patterns, improve our website and services, and fix technical issues using analytics and error-tracking tools.

Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share your personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services:

Amadeus IT Group, S.A.: To provide flight search and booking services, your personal data (name, passport details, date of birth, contact information, and travel itinerary) will be shared with Amadeus IT Group, S.A., a global travel technology company headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Amadeus processes this data to issue PNR reservations with airlines.

Payment Gateway: Payment details are shared with our payment processing partner to process transactions securely.

Communication Providers: Your phone number and email address are shared with our messaging partners to deliver WhatsApp notifications and transactional emails.

Analytics Providers: Anonymised usage data is shared with our analytics and error-tracking partners for product improvement.

Airlines & Hotels: Passenger and guest details are shared with the respective airline or hotel to fulfil your reservation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

Booking records and associated personal data are retained for a period of 12 months from the date of booking, or longer if required by law or for resolving disputes. Payment records are retained as per applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and gather analytics data. Our analytics providers may set cookies to track anonymous usage patterns. 8. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India, including Spain (Amadeus) and the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

Correction & Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Nominate: Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We will respond to your requests within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If a minor's booking is required for a visa application, it must be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent.
